Microsoft 2010 and Windows 7 are here!!!!

The Lab is going to look a bit different in the next two weeks!

12 more computers have been added to the room, and all computers will be upgraded to Windows 7 and Microsoft 2010 products by the end of August.

If you are working from a Microsoft 2007 book, you should be able to complete your classes without purchasing a new book. Most of the sofware changes are minor and pretty easy to find.

Be sure to ask questions!!!! Leslie and Johnathon have been using Microsoft 2010 for a few months--so hopefully we have a few answers!!!!

CHANGES FOR WEEK OF JULY 18-22




HEADS UP!!!!!








On Tuesday, July 19, the Business Lab will have the carpets cleaned. Students should come to Room T-05 in the Technology Wing for classes and for Evening Lab.



On Thursday and Friday, July 21 and 22, the C and B halls will be cleaned and waxed. Students should enter the Business Lab through the fire escape door located on the South wall by the mail boxes.



Students can access restrooms and the front office via the Conference Room from the patio.

New Time Clock Login and Software!!!!!

As of Tuesday, July 5, 2011, the UBATC has switched their student services software to NorthStar. This includes a new time clock application.

When clocking in, if you are a Basic Skills student, use the "top menu"; if you are a Business student, use the "bottom menu." If you are a medical student, condintue to clock in and out using the time clock in Kari's room for now. For Night Lab, sign the sheet and more information will be coming....



If you have not clocked in using the new system--ask Johnathon or Leslie for your NEW LOGIN NUMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    If you are a FULL-TIME STUDENT and have 250 hours left to complete, you can walk this year.



      If you are a PART-TIME STUDENT and have 150 hours left to complete, you can walk this year.

      Basic Skills Tests to be Corrected by Colleen Stewart!


      The UBATC Administration has assigned Colleen Stewart to assist in the Adult Lab on A days, as well as B days.
