Each day, beginning Thursday, December 6, until Friday, December 21, the Blog will contain a Christmas trivia question. Simply answer the question by filling out a paper and depositing it in the basket located by the time clock!

Mr. Rob Brems, Utah College of Applied Technology (UCAT) President announced Monday, November 12, 2012 that the new president of the UBATC will be Dave Woolstenhulme! Mr. Woolstenhulme will take over as the president on Monday, November 26, 2012

UBATC To Close for Fall Break

The UBATC will be closed on Thursday, October 18 and Friday, October 19 for Fall Break. There will be ONE Night Lab on Tuesday, October 16 ONLY that week.
Both School Districts will be out of school, as well! Enjoy the time off!!!

No Food or Drinks in the Lab

Just a friendly reminder that all food and drinks must be consumed outside of the Business Lab. If you need a break for a snack or lunch, please use the break room. Drinks with a screw-on lid are acceptable (preferably water only.)

Workplace Relations Class

The next Workplace Relations Class will be offered in Vernal on Wednesday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The class begins October 10 and will end December 12. Please see Leslie to register for this class if you are interested.

Tuesdays are different...

Beginning Tuesday, September 4, Sue Kowallis will be teaching two digital photography classes--one in the morning, and one in the afternoon for the next four weeks.
Students will have to complete their work in the South room of B-06, and enter and exit the room from the C Hall. Thank you for your patience.

Carpet Cleaning

The Adult Business Lab will meet in Room B-21 on Tuesday, July 17 while carpets are being cleaned in the Business Lab.

Graduation Exercises Set for May 24, 2012

UBATC Graduation Exercises will be held Thursday, May 24, 2012 at the Roosevelt Jr. High School at 6:00 p.m. All family and friends are invited to attend! Graduates should arrive by 5:30 p.m.

UTIPS PROCEDURES AND REMINDERS

Effective immediately - ALL UTIPS quizzes and tests will be taken on the testing computers marked with pink tags.

A few reminders:

• UTIPS tests and quizzes are all open book
• Log into UTIPS only ONE time for each test or quiz (multiple logins will receive no credit)

Because of changes to the servers at the UBATC, Night Labs during the week of April 16-20 will be changed to avoid interruption to students as they are working on the network.
