UTIPS MAINTENANCE!!!!!!

I have just become aware of a problem with the UTIPS site--even though you type your name in, the name is not appearing in Leslie's email. So the scores come in as "no name."

Until further notice, print out your UTIPS score, and write your name on the paper. Then turn it into the Assignments bin. Hopefully this will be cleared up soon!

Watch for the newsletter from the Roosevelt Business Lab arriving in your mailbox soon! Pay special attention to the following:

1) WATER ONLY!!!! Those of you who are bringing other drinks into the Lab--please put them somewhere else!

2) Ice Cream Social on Wednesday, August 18 at 2:00 p.m. in the Conference room

3) Plan your hours NOW! The UBATC will be closed on Friday, August 20 and Monday, August 23 for staff development.

4) Job Seeking Skills begins September 8 at 9:50 a.m. in room B-17. This class does not come around very often--so get signed up NOW!

5) Effective Presentations begins September 8, as well.

6) High School kids will be back on August 24

Once school starts back, the Evening Lab nights will change from Mondays and Wednesdays to TUESDAYS and Wednesdays!

Workplace Relations Class Day Change

Unit 12 for the Workplace Relatins class

will change from Friday,

to TUESDAY, JULY 27

from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Network Upgrades Monday or Tuesday

Please look for signs on Monday, July 19 or Tuesday, July 20 on the doors of the Adult Lab. Class will be held in Room B-17 while IT upgrades the network!

It will be well worth the move--the computers will be FASTER!!!!!
